Incredibly easy to book the tour for my party. When/if you have to call you will 99.99% of the time get a real human. The airboat was very comfortable and rode very well over the light chop of the river. The provided hearing protection doubles as headphones to listen to some well curated music and a few good stories about the area. We got to see some beautiful birds, cute turtles and nice sized gators but the best part is when the captain slows things down a bit and lets everyone enjoy mother nature while gently coasting down the creek. Everyone was incredibly friendly and too great care to engage everyone in conversation, crack a few good jokes and most importantly made sure everyone knew how to be safe and have a great time. Thank you Captain Becca and Captain Mike!

I had been looking forward to this experience for a long time! It did not disappoint!! Captain Justin took us out for a fun tour along Trout River and neighboring creeks. I got to see several gators and other wildlife! There are headphones to protect your ears from the loud air fan. The seating was very comfortable. Captain Justin operated the boat very professionally. I never felt uncomfortable or in danger. It was truly a great time! I eagerly look forward to doing this again. It’s fun for people of all ages.

It was perfect for the whole family. Fernando our guide was informative and found gators for us to observe. Playlist was great! The legend stories were entertaining. THe scenery was beautiful. My 78 year old mom was nervous, but the speed was fast but not scary. She enjoyed it. One more thing off my 80 year old dads bucket list-to ride in an airboat!

We have taken 2 previous Airboat tours with different companies throughout Florida, and this was our favorite! We loved how the music was coordinated with the ride/tour, and we loved the selection of music and stories! If we visit St. Augustine again, this will be on our must do list! And, the weather was perfect, and beautiful sights! Thank you for a great experience!

Awesome adventure with Captain Justin. Lots of fun and very informative. We had the perfect day and saw some Florida wildlife. Everyone affiliated with Sea Serpent Tours was wonderful. Worth it to take a tour. We will definitely be booking again next year. Thanks for a really great adventure!

Great experience today with Captain Becca. The trip is beautiful. We saw a few gators, snakes & birds. Overall, the river is incredible. It rained a bit, but that just added to the overall experience. We had a great time - thanks!

What a fun way to spend a couple hours. So much fun riding on an airboat. The music playing and stories in the headsets was great too. Captain Becca did a wonderful job educating and entertaining. Full disclosure: while we did see a gator, they tell you it’s very difficult to find one outside of the spring months. So don’t go if that is your main expectation.

Airboat ride was lots of fun! Justin was great. Boat ride took about 1.5 hours, which was a good amount of time to be out on the water. Headphones are given to listen to music and stories and also for noise. Great place to take out of state visitors.
